Where things stand
The current operator website still describes the reopening as forthcoming. Its earlier news article targeted the first half of 2026 and referred to 27 rooms; the current homepage now describes 28. We do not treat the earlier target as a confirmed opening date. This is separate from The River Hotel and the operating Higgins Lane Motel.
