How information is used when you contact Margaret River Hotels.
Information in the form
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, topic and message. A submission also identifies Margaret River Hotels and the page used. Please do not include payment information, identity documents or sensitive personal details.
How submissions are handled
When live submission is enabled, the form sends information to FormSubmit for spam screening and delivery to the publisher’s private enquiry destination. FormSubmit may present a CAPTCHA or confirmation page. Read FormSubmit’s privacy information for the provider’s processing details.
We use enquiry information to respond and to review listing or correction requests. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. The local review version validates the form but does not transmit it.

The site is configured with the Hotels-specific Google Tag Manager container. Google Tag Manager can load measurement tags configured by the publisher. External services handle data according to their own privacy terms.

Use the contact form to ask about information you have provided or request a correction or deletion. Property booking changes must go to the provider holding the booking.
